Does the report go straight to the authorities?

No. The report first enters your company's controlled incident register, where HSE managers can review, investigate, add corrective actions, and decide whether to escalate to authorities such as MOIAT, Dubai Municipality, or ADOSH-SF (formerly OSHAD).

Is the AI analysis stored with the incident record?

Yes. AI-suggested hazards, violations, severity, and confidence scores are saved as a draft aid. Users can accept, reject, or edit the findings before the final PDF or authority-aligned evidence export is generated. Site Safety UAE does not submit anything to an authority on your behalf.
