Site profile pages: details, contacts and checklists in one place
Every site now has its own profile: name, code, client, main contractor, full address, emirate, dates and notes, plus an unlimited contacts list with roles, phone numbers, emails and a primary contact flag. The same profile lists the checklist templates saved for that site and every live or completed checklist run, so you can open one straight from the profile. Printed templates pull the site's own name and address from this record.

Site address and contact details on printed checklists
Each site now carries a full address plus a named site contact with phone and email. Set them once in the site owner portal and every printed site checklist template shows the site's own details in the header — no more handwriting them in.

Weekly Friday backlink check reminder
Every Friday morning an email lands with the week's backlink position: how many new referring domains appeared, how many are flagged as junk, whether a disavow re-review is due, and step-by-step links into Search Console for the manual actions check and the Latest links / More sample links exports, plus a button straight to the link watch page to import the files.

Full MSRA (Method Statement Risk Assessment) guide published
The MSRA answer page is now a complete definition guide: what the term means, what the document must contain, the UAE laws and authority requirements behind it (MOHRE, ADOSH-SF, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, Trakhees, ISO 45001), 5x5 scoring bands, who prepares, reviews and approves it, a ten-step writing sequence, and direct links to the free MSRA content checklist, templates pack and the high-risk site checklists.

Document and evidence uploads now reliable across sites and checklists
Uploading a permit, MSRA, incident report or authority rule into a site's document library, and adding evidence photos inside the live checklist app, now work first time on phone and desktop. Files are held in private storage that only the owning organisation can read, and downloads use short-lived secure links.

Every downloadable PDF now opens cleanly in Adobe Acrobat
All PDF downloads across the site — checklists, permits, incident reports, registers, badges, audit packs and proposals — are now produced as complete files that open in Adobe Acrobat, the reader most UAE sites and authorities use. If a browser blocks the download, the document opens in a new tab instead.

Site logo watermark on free documents, plan-aware branding everywhere
Free checklists and documents now carry the Site Safety UAE logo as a soft 10% background watermark so the page stays easy to read while the source is clear. Paid plans keep a discreet mark, Enterprise stays white-label, and demo/sandbox exports remain clearly marked as demonstration copies.

Phone-first field checklist app and site progress scoreboard
Crews can complete any site checklist on a phone and send the result straight to the dashboard. A site progress page then shows which checklists each site has completed, the score for each one, and a CSV download of every site for reporting and client packs.

Share results outside your organisation with an access code
Completed checklists and site progress reports can be shared with a client, consultant or authority through an expiring link protected by an access code you set. Links can be revoked at any time, every view is logged, and shared pages are kept out of search engines.

All 26 printable field checklists added to the free tools page
The free tools page now lists every printable field checklist grouped into authority packs, welfare, high-risk works, plant/power/fire and management/environment, so UAE construction HSE teams can print what they need without signing in.

Checklist dashboard, automatic due reminders and pre-filled site printouts
A new site checklist dashboard shows the most overdue checklists, the next due dates and how many checkpoints passed or failed at each site, and it is linked straight from the tracker. Checklists that are overdue or due within three days now trigger an automatic email reminder to your owners and admins each morning, and the tracker has a button to email a reminder immediately as well as a one-tap link that reopens that exact checklist in the live app. Per-site templates now print as a clean sheet with the site name, code, company, client, location and date already filled in.
#Checklists#Reminders#Admin#Platform#ProductUpdate#SiteSafetyUAE
Live checklist app, per-site templates, tracker and sign-up recording
Every checklist in the library now opens as a live app: tick each point yes, no or not applicable, add comments and corrective actions, name who is responsible, set a due date and attach photo or document evidence that anyone in your organisation can see. A new templates page lets you tailor a checklist for a particular site before printing, a tracker page lists every checklist run with its points, owners, due dates and progress (with a CSV download), and a sign-ups page records people who sign up — optionally sending them an invitation to create their account — so they appear on the counters page.

Sign-up, download and traffic counters in one place
A new owner-only counters page shows new sign-ups, blocked sign-ups, document downloads, download links issued, template downloads, demo requests, contact enquiries and pages opened — for today, 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time. It also shows sign-ups and downloads per day, the most downloaded documents, the company domains requesting them and the most opened pages, with each counter linking to the detailed log behind it.

Admin home page listing every admin tool, owner-only
The admin area now opens on a searchable home page listing all 92 admin tools grouped by purpose — registers and compliance, security and access, sales and billing, SEO and content, community, email, QR posters, AI credits and platform health. Access stays restricted to the site owner account: admin role alone is not enough, on both the English admin area and the Arabic admin console, and the same owner check is enforced on the server for admin actions.

All 48 controlled checklists expanded to 86–93 checkpoints
Every checklist in the Controlled Checklist Library (Parts A–L) has been rewritten in depth, so short 5–18 line forms are now full audit packs of 86 to 93 checkpoints. Each line gives the site area, the requirement, the evidence or acceptance criteria, who is responsible and how often it is checked, referencing MOHRE, ADOSH-SF, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, EAD and Trakhees requirements where relevant. Status, comments, corrective action and sign-off fields still export to CSV, Markdown and PDF.

Site owner portal — create sites and assign reviewers and contractors
Owners and admins can now create, edit and close their own sites, then name the people attached to each one: reviewer/approver, contractor, client or consultant, with company and email. Once a site exists, permits, inspections, MSRA documents and checklists attach to it, so the Mobile Dashboard, Site Hub and Site Report show real counts instead of zeros. Site teams are visible only to the organisation that owns the site.

Site report with CSV download, plus the Friday email now grouped by site
A new report page totals permits, inspections and MSRA documents for every site and breaks each one down by status, with headline totals, a CSV download and a print/save-as-PDF copy. The Friday summary email now carries the same per-site breakdown alongside the week's totals and the latest permits, inspections and MSRA documents raised.

Per-site document library for permits, MSRA, incident reports and authority rules
Every site page now has a Documents tab where teams upload permits, MSRA/RAMS, incident reports, authority rules and supporting files with a title, reference, document date, expiry and notes. Documents are searchable and filterable by type, stored privately, visible only to the owning organisation, and shareable with a secure time-limited link for clients, consultants or authorities.

New 'Start here' onboarding walkthrough for first-time visitors
A public onboarding page walks new visitors through Site Safety UAE in a seven-chapter video: workspace set-up, plans and registers, the dashboard, daily operations, project close-out, authority references, and search/heat stress tools. Each chapter is clickable so users can jump to what matters, and every page can be shared straight to a WhatsApp group, LinkedIn, email or copied link.

Hindi HSE guidance hub: dashboard, registers and risk register
New Hindi-language guidance pages explain the Site Safety UAE dashboard, 30+ HSE registers, and the risk register workflow in Devanagari. Each page mirrors the Arabic guidance structure, keeps English app names for clarity, and carries its own canonical, OpenGraph and hreflang metadata so Hindi queries can surface the site.

Interactive risk register with a worked UAE construction example
The Risk Register page now includes a step-by-step guide for a slab-edge work-at-height task: 5×5 initial and residual scoring, hierarchy-of-controls prompts, owner/review triggers, and a think-about checklist. Visitors can click through the checklist and save answers locally; signed-in organisations can persist answers to a scoped table and receive a generated risk summary.

Demo walkthrough paths from the Start page to real dashboard pages
Three public walkthrough pages now guide visitors from the marketing 'Start where it matters' section into the live product: Permit to Work, Inspection to Action, and Authority Audit Pack. MSRA / RAMS templates now searchable by code and activity
The eight free UAE Method Statement + Risk Assessment templates (SSU-MSRA-01 through SSU-MSRA-08) are now indexed in site search, so queries for 'MSRA', 'tower crane erection', 'confined space entry' or a template code return the templates page directly. Updated-date metadata is also generated for every dynamic /tools/$slug route.

All 91 awareness modules now available in full Arabic
The Arabic awareness library is complete: every one of the 91 modules now has a full Arabic course page — objectives, lesson content and the knowledge quiz — with question count, option order and answer alignment matched to the English source so scoring stays identical in both languages. The English course pages carry Arabic hreflang again, all 91 Arabic URLs are in the sitemap, and the robots exclusions and English fallback redirects for untranslated slugs are gone.

Arabic section paths and category pages for the awareness library
The Arabic library gained the same navigation the English one has: a sequenced sections view (enabling works, excavation and temporary works, dewatering, monitoring, permits and SIMOPS, emergency and rescue, mobilisation and authority handover, high-risk controls, access at height and over water) and a browsable page per category. Both are right-to-left, carry their own Arabic metadata and breadcrumbs, and are listed in the sitemap.

Rules Library: edit authority requirements by site area and load consultant/client SOPs for suggestions
Organisations can now maintain their own authority requirement library inside the dashboard. Each rule is grouped by site area — welfare, working at height, PPE, excavation, lifting, fire, hazardous substances, environmental and more — and tied to the relevant UAE authority. Upload or paste a consultant, client, developer or internal document and the site will suggest 5–30 checklist items to add or edit, which the user can accept, modify or dismiss before anything is saved.

Site checklists rebuilt with real authority rules for everyday field use
The printable site-checklist collection now contains 26 packs covering welfare, induction/PPE, work at height, scaffolding, excavation, lifting, confined spaces, permits, demolition, plant, MEWPs, electrical, hot work, hazardous substances/SDS, emergency/first aid, environmental controls and monthly HSE audit. Every item maps to a named UAE authority instrument — MOHRE, ADOSH-SF, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, EAD or Trakhees — so users can print one list and use it on site.

Contractor portal: upload permits, MSRA documents and track approvals
Contractor organisations can sign in to a dedicated portal to upload permits, MSRA/RAMS documents, certificates and supporting documents, request templates and see the live status of each submission. Reviewer decisions, notes and signed downloads flow straight back to the contractor dashboard.

Mobile dashboard for field teams: permits, inspections and MSRA on phones
A phone-first authenticated dashboard lets site teams track permits, inspections and MSRA documents from any phone. Search and filter by site and status, tap through to details, and access quick links to report an incident or start a patrol. The experience is designed as a PWA shortcut so it behaves like an installable app.

Phone-first reviewer app for permits, MSRA and template approvals
Reviewers can now approve or reject permits, MSRA/RAMS documents, safety records and template requests from a phone-first interface. Every decision is written to an immutable review log showing who reviewed what, when and the outcome, so approval history cannot be lost or altered.

Incident report form now stores reports and emails the response team
The public incident report form is fully wired up: validated submissions are stored against the organisation, assigned a reference number, and emailed to the configured response team. Drafts are preserved if the user is interrupted, and successful reports link straight into the incident register.
